California Wants to Legalize Marijuana

California Bay Area is trying to make marijuana legal so they can tax it and put the money toward the state, reports CBS. I think this is brilliant, this might bring us out of our recession - cut cost on imprisoning criminals while the state still receives their portion in an addition to their new found income.
